DOMESTIC CLEANING SERVICE
 

Our  Domestic services are carried out promptly and to the highest standard.

A:  GENERAL HOUSE CLEANING

  • Vacuum Carpets.
  • Removal of Cobwebs.
  • Vacuum Settee & Chairs.
  • Clean Under Furniture (Where Possible).
  • Dust Surfaces.
  • Dust Light Fittings.
  • Wipe Skirting Boards.
  • Wash Front Doorstep.
  • Wash Tiled Floors.
  • Clean Shower Enclosure.
  • Clean Bath, Sinks and Taps.
  • Clean and Disinfect Toilets.
  • Remove Lime scale Where Possible.
  • Clean Worktops.
  • Clean All Kitchen Appliances.
  • Clean windows from the inside.

We also carry out spring cleaning, builders cleaning, patio cleaning, deep wet and dry carpets clean.

B:  FULL SPRING CLEAN

You get all the tasks in the general clean as listed above, but a Full Spring further includes:

  • All kitchen wall units and cabinets are degreased and cleaned inside out, including unit doors, handles and hinges.

  • The fridge freezer are cleaned inside out, trays and manufacturer bowls are washed separately, top of fridge/freezer is dusted and wiped clean.

  • The oven is ddegreased and cleansed, hob extractor filter will be replaced, where supplied by client.

  • All kitchen equipments utensils are cleaned, moved, where practical, and areas are given a thorough clean.

  • Kitchen worktops are washed clean and wiped with the anti-bacteria product.

  • Top and doors of wardrobes/shelves are dusted

  • Beds and other bedroom furniture are moved where practical, and area is cleaned thoroughly.

  • Bed linens are changed where supplied.

  • Windows and doors are cleaned including gaps, frames, hinges and handles.

  • Dining/living room cabinet shelves, outside and top are dusted and wiped clean.

  • Picture frames are dusted

  • TV, hifi and other electrical goods are dusted with anti-static materials.

  • Settee/sofa cushions will be removed, and furniture cresses and gaps will be vacuum cleaned and wiped as required.

  • Banister rails will be dusted and polished

  • Discussing other specifications of clients which are performed on the same day.

All these will be carried out using environmentally friendly and non-abrasive products and materials.

Other specific instructions you may have will be discussed and carried out on the day.

C:  BUILDERS CLEAN

We are experienced in after – construction builders clean. When the builders are gone properties are  cleaned to a pristine condition.  Dust extraction and carrying out general intensive cleaning are performed to the  extent that no trace of a builders visit is visible.

From a brand newly built home to a newly decorated or restored property, our over-riding goal remains consistent i.e. to clean to a standard we can be proud of.

Whatever the size of job, we have the experience and resources to cope without compromising our quality of Service and work.

Except otherwise specified, cupboards, cabinets will be cleaned from the inside, skirting boards, picture rails, banister rails will be dusted and wiped. Where applicable, special hand-help vacuum cleaners will be used to extract dust from tight areas paying attention to details.

D:  LAUNDRY

  • On-site ironing service

E:  GARDENING

  • General garden maintenance.
  • Lawn mowing.
  • Hedge trimming.
  • Watering.

F:  RUBBISH REMOVAL

Domestic rubbish, unwanted furniture, electrical goods are disposed of in an environmentally way, and are usually recycled where possible.

G:  HOUSE/PET SITTING

Security and peace of mind, daily hourly inspection carried out as required.  Pets can also be looked after.  Private areas e.g. bedroom etc can be secured under a special arrangement.

Due care and safe handling with minimal noise and disruption to you and your neighbours.

H:  AU-PAIR, MOTHERS HELP, AFTER SCHOOL CARE OF YOUR HOME, HOUSE KEEPERS

We guarantee peace of mind and inspire confidence and trust in our services, extreme care is taken in supplying the person who looks after your "most precious."  Our au-pairs, mothers help and house keepers are rigorously vetted. 

We inspect and verify the following:

  • Police record.
  • Medical record.
  • Employment record.
  • Character reference.
  • Drivers licence (Where Applicable).
  • Professional qualifications.
  • First-Aid Training Certification.

In collaboration with our reputable associates, we introduce au-pairs and nannies from Europe.  (Czech, Slovakia, Poland, Italy, Etc.) South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. under the following terms:

  • Male/female.
  • Short/long term.
  • Summer placements.
  • Live in/out.
  • After school cover in your house (children picked up from school taken home, given a meal and house cleaner).

We  meet and deliver au-pairs to families.

We offer excellent after-placement support.
COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICE
 

We are experienced in cleaning office blocks, shops, schools, block of flats (common or all areas), salons, cafes and restaurants etc using specialist janitorial products and equipments.

We service hard surface and reception area, canteen and kitchen including equipment and furniture, windows, office furniture including desks and chairs, washrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly, dust mats are cleaned, we can pressure-wash steps, and / or front of buildings. We also provide free linen service and bin cleaning.

We clean seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day 365 days a year. We are totally committed to providing consistently, a highly satisfactory service to our clients.

Our staff are fully vetted and motivated, hence we have a low staff turnover.

We practise a strict code of confidentiality and discretion.

We are fully insured and we will be delighted to supply references from current clients for your perusal. We have the capacity to cope with regular contract cleaning or one – offs.
